So I am going to tell you the diet plans from Starting Monday to Saturday.

Monday and Tuesday Diet

To Avoid Carbs Food

  • Oats
  • Chapati
  • Rice
  • Grains

To Add in Your Diet

  • Protein food like Egg whites, chicken, breast, Paneer, nuts like almonds, cashew, etc.
  • Veggies like Tomato, Cucumber, Broccoli, Capsicum, etc.
  • Double your salt in a meal (10 gm Salt)
  • High Water (6-7 litres)

Drink 6-7 litres of water on that day and double your salt in your diet. Total intake of salt can up to 10 gm.

Wednesday

All the diet will be same like Monday but

  • The amount of water will reduce by 1 litre
  • 3/4th salt intake

Like if you are drinking 7 litres of water then drink 6 litres of water. And the salt reduces by 3/4 little bit less from double (take 8 gm Salt).

Thursday

Diet will be same like other days as I told you above. But

  • Reduce water by 1 litre
  • Half the salt amount

Like, if you are drinking 6 litre of water then drink 5-litre water and for salt use only 1 spoon (reduce by half i.e. 5 gm).

Friday

Diet will be the same

  • Reduce the quantity of water by half
  • Reduce the amount of salt by half

Like you have to drink only 2-2.5 litres of water and salt 2.5 gms.

Saturday (Final Day)

  • No salt
  • A little amount of water, only if you are thirsty
  • Now you can eat carbs like rice, oats, chapatti, etc.

So, on the Saturday, you will get a perfect jawline.

Compare your Monday’s pic to Saturday pic, you will get 100% result in your face, if you properly followed the diet.
